TUTORIAL : MAKE AN ORGANIZATION/PROCRASTINATION FOLDER! **FREE DOWNLOAD**

As promised, I'm back with a tutorial for the Organization/Procrastination Minifolder that I made a few weeks ago.
you will need :
- a printer!
- white or cream colored cardstock
- white or cream colored text paper
- ruler
- bone folder (not necessary, but makes folding so so much easier)
- chipboard or cereal box
- stapler
- double sided tape or gluestick
here's what to do :
1. download the pdf file for the mini folder ( here )
2. print onto heavy cardstock, cut out, set aside ( DO NOT fold in half! )
3. download the pdf file for the organization list and the procrastination list ( here )
4. print desired amount ( i printed about 13 copies for 26 of each list ) onto text weight paper, cut out, set aside
5. measure the lists, and cut 2 pieces of chipboard or cereal box to be slightly shorter, set aside
you'll want to make a spine for the mini folder so that it closes properly having the lists inside.
the width of the spine will vary depending on how thick your list stacks are, but a 1/4" spine worked for mine.
( if you printed more or less lists than I did, you can find the width of your spine by putting the two stacks together and then measuring how tall the pile is. that will be your spine width. You can alter this next step to fit your exact spine by inserting your own measurements )
to make a 1/4" spine :
6. lay the mini folder out and measure it longways to find the center
7. with a pencil, lightly make two marks on the ends of the folder : one 1/8" to the left of the center, one 1/8" to the right.
8. fold at the points you've marked, burnishing with a bone folder if you have one.
now your mini folder has a spine! great!
9. assemble each list onto your cut piece of chipboard/box and staple together at the top
10. tape or glue the backs of the chipboard/box to either side of the folder
ta da!
keep in your purse or on your desk and do some work! (or not!)
